Pakistani men are very conscious of wearing dresses & waistcoat is only thing which can increase style & look. A waistcoat is a sleeveless upper-body garment. It can be wear with coat & without coat. If you are wearing formal dresses it can be wear without coat or if you want to look stylish so it can be wear with coat. It is generally called three-piece men wear.

The use of Pakistani waistcoat

I am focusing of Pakistani waistcoat because it is beautiful and state of the art. Expert said that it has become the symbol of Pakistanifashion 2013 of male wear in Pakistan. Waistcoats comes with two types generally single-breasted & double-breasted. Below are some use of waistcoat in Pakistan.

• Evening wear
• Clergy
• Scouting
• Stock trading

Day wear

It is normally single breasted waistcoat worn with lounge suits. It comes with six to four button on it or can be wear as a formal wear both for men and women.

Evening wear

Evening wear Pakistani waistcoat does not mean that you should wear in evening its mean waistcoat worn with white & black – tie are differ from standard day wear waistcoat like single breasted. It comes with “U” & “V” shape mostly seen in clubs & hotel wearing waiters. It is mostly wear with gray tie & black tie with white shirt.

Clergy

This is another type of waistcoat normally available in different style & it comes with buttons on neck. Clergy collar waistcoat used by Pathan in mountain area where the template of weather is cold.

Scouting Waistcoat

These type of is not being used in Pakistan & mostly used in girls scouts of uniforms.

Stock Trading

Waistcoat used for business purpose & available in different colors without sleeves are most called stock trading waistcoats.
